The previous model of the Demarini The Goods bat had durability issues which was supposed to be taken care of in the 2024 model.
But it is not, If you want a high performing bat for just one season that go for it, you are covered under warranty.

2024 DeMarini The Goods Performance & Analysis
The 2024 Demarini The Goods baseball BBCOR bat has an end-loaded swing weight, so it does not please young or contact hitters.
You can only swing this bat if you are an experienced hitter and know how to control an end-loaded bat. The comfortable in-hand feel of the Demarini, however, makes it easier to swing.
Also, it has an efficient vibration-damping system that prevents hand stinging even if you mishit the barrel. You can hit with this bat for longer durations and the bat continues to deliver consistent yet convenient performance on the field.
Moreover, due to the heavy weight of the bat, the exit velocities are not that convincing. The Louisville Slugger Select PWR, on the other hand, swings easier and offers better control.
If the heavy swing weight of the goods is not a problem, then think no more just go for it. But if you like a bat that has a slight end-load then you may prefer the 2023 Select PWR. Both deliver consistent performance for their ideal user.
Keep in mind that, Louisville Slugger have not released the 2024 Select PWR for BBCOR yet.

The previous Demarini The Goods model, which was released in 2022, had a durability issue with the end cap falling off.
And it has got multiple durability issues now, breaking, cracking, telescopic handle and more.
Which one's better and why?
If you take performance into account, the 2024 Goods is as good as the last one.
And when it comes to durability; Surprise ! its still the same.
