2024 Rawlings Icon Glowstick Performance & Analysis

The 2024 Rawlings Icon Glowstick BBCOR baseball bat offers a remarkable performance in the field. This bat offers the contact hitters with the same pop as the 2023 Icon.

However, the Glowstick does not need much breaking in, and you can quickly get it game-ready. The more you hit with this bat, its sweet spot gets better and better.

The barrel is highly responsive, and hence the sweet spot is generous. The in-hand feel is also great because of the stiff grip and an efficient vibration-damping system.

The Glowstick ICON BBCOR has tough competition with Marucci CAT X Vanta. However, young players like to hold the ICON Glowstick more in the field due to its comparatively better in-hand feel.

The previous Rawlings Icon had an ultra-thin grip; however, the 2024 Rawlings Icon Glowstick BBCOR baseball bat comes with a thickened grip.

Also, the end cap of the previous Icon would keep coming off. However, some internal changes to the bat that prevent the end-cap from popping off, hence the durability is considerably increased now.

Also, the paint and graphic updates of the 2024 Icon Glowstick give it a more vibrant and fun look.
