Since the Quatro Pro BBCOR bats went downhill due to their questionable durability, Rawlings has made some durable replacements for the ICON bats.
However, $500 is too much of a price for a two-piece composite bat. Especially, if the knob falls off and grip is too thin and needs replacement. Though there are very little percentage of reported durability issues, but still.
