General Statement: 33 Baseball Foundation (the “Foundation”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not automatically collect personal identifying information about you when you visit The National Pastime Museum (the “Museum”). Personal identifying information includes information such as your name, email address, physical home or work address, phone numbers, or other information that would allow for personal identification (“Personal Information”). By using our website, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If the Foundation changes this Privacy Policy those changes will be posted immediately. Failure of the Foundation to enforce any of its rights under this Privacy Policy shall not be deemed a waiver thereof.

Identifying Information: You may choose to send Personal Information to the Foundation, for example, through the Contact page with a question or comment, or by filling out the Registration page to create a user account with the Museum. The Foundation will retain such Personal Information.  In the event you provide the Foundation with Personal Information, the Foundation may use your Personal Information to respond to your question or comment, and to notify you about any future Museum artifacts, exhibits, or writings that might be of interest to you. Of course, you may opt out of receiving these notifications.

The Foundation will not share Personal Information with any other outside party, organization, or group. The Foundation will never sell or give away the Museum mailing list to any third-party organization. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Foundation retains the right to use Personal Information in any manner required to comply with Federal, state and local laws.

Other Websites Linked to or Referred Within the Museum Website: Generally, links to other websites are provided solely to help educate viewers about the history and significance of baseball in American culture and are included merely for your convenience or interest. The Museum will not include links to any websites that are engaged in or connected with companies that engage in lobbying or political campaign activities. A link or referral to another website does not indicate the Foundation or the Museum’s endorsement or sponsorship (express or implied) of any products or services offered or any opinions expressed on such third-party website. Please remember that when you click through to other websites, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on such other websites.
